Terms and Conditions for Headshot Session Booking
By booking a headshot session with PhotoByJordan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
1.2 Payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your session, see Section 3 for details on rescheduling.
2. Session Details
2.1 The session includes the agreed duration, setup time, and any specified number of final edited images as outlined in the package chosen.
2.2 The session location, time, and other details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2.3 Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid overlapping with other bookings.
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1 You may reschedule your session once without incurring additional fees, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
3.2 Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur an additional fee, except in cases of genuine emergencies.
3.3 Rescheduled sessions must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.
4. Image Delivery
4.1 Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery or as otherwise agreed.
4.2 Raw, unedited images will not be provided under any circumstances.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Payments are non-refundable, as stated in Section 1.
5.2 If PhotoByJordan must cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered option to reschedule at no additional cost any time outside of the 90 times if required.
6. Use of Images
6.1 By attending the session, you grant PhotoByJordan the right to use your images for promotional purposes, including on the company website and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.
6.2 You retain personal usage rights for the delivered images, including self-promotion and sharing online. Commercial use requires prior written approval.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 It is your responsibility to arrive prepared for the session, including wardrobe, hair, and makeup (if not arranged separately).
7.2 PhotoByJordan is not liable for dissatisfaction resulting from client-prepared elements, such as styling choices or personal grooming.
8. Liability
8.1 PhotoByJordan is not responsible for any personal injury, property loss, or damage occurring during the session.
8.2 In the unlikely event of technical issues or equipment failure, liability is limited to rescheduling the session.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Your personal information will only be used to manage your booking and deliver services. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Agreement
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
